Dr. David Pawlowski, Chairman of the IPA Board — Highgate Medical Group

Dr. David A. Pawlowski has practiced medicine for 16 years and has been Medical Director of Highgate Medical Group for 13 years.

Dr. Pawlowski is a proud Western New York native who grew up in Buffalo. One of his favorite things about the community is its people. He was inspired to enter medicine so that he could make a positive impact with PTS health. In his spare time, Dr. Pawlowski enjoys playing golf, coaching baseball and traveling.

Dr. Pawlowski is a founding Board Member and current Board Chair of the IPA and a leading voice for independent primary care in the Western New York region.
